At Curvymoon, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist. Please review our policy carefully:


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it (unused, unworn, with tags intact);
  • Be in its original packaging;
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important:

  • If there are no damages, defects, or missing items, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a free replacement and cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (not related to product quality), the customer must bear the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products;
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons);
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return and complete the refund process;
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).


Refunds

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
