Why does the cleaner switch off sometimes during use?

If the battery indicator flashes during use, or it turns off automatically as soon as it is turned on, the battery is generally too low. Please use after charging.

Is it normal the dental tip and cleaner temperature get slightly higher when using it?

As the internal parts are in working condition, it is normal if the temperature become slightly higer.

Is it normal if the cleaner makes noise during use?

It is normal to have some noise, it's because of the dental tip loose or the resonance. If the dental tip looses, please tighten the dental needle.
